Delivery times vary based on your location. Generally, our local deliveries takes up to 3 business days. For international shipping, delivery is dependent on the courier, but we will provide the tracking details. Please note that these times may be subject to occasional variations due to unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to meet these estimates.

For local payments we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers.
For international deliveries we also accept major credit cards as well as direct bank transfer

This is only available for international shipments at this time. For local shipments, we will send you the invoice no associated with the courier company at the tome of dispatch and you will be able to contact them for updates.

Our product refund conditions are as follows:
  1. No returns/refunds after 14 days. No returns w/out the original invoice. No refund or return on electrical parts.
  2. Any Item accepted for return, must be in the original packaging and undamaged and unused.
  3. Stock items accepted for returns will attract a 15% restocking fee.
  4. Refunds will be made by cheque only and payable to Customer named on invoice.
  5. No discount on lubricants, batteries, clutches, filters and CAT parts.
